The fastest of my three tests was 6.72 Mbps downloading, and 3.38
uploading. Actually, Rogers never actually does promise 10 Mbps; they
say "up to 10 Mbps." We should all just have to pay "up to" the amount
they charge every month, depending on how well they deliver. Ditto
with their TV cable service.
