[muglo] Leopard showing its spots?

I have been trying to get my Canon Rebel EOS to show up with a direct
USB connect to my Imac and nothing is happening (No Iphoto, no Image
browse, no anything). I had the same problem with another USB
connected item last nite. Anybody else having this problem with
Leopard? Anybody have a solution?
