[muglo] Google group option

As I was watching Paul's presentation on the probooards forum, and as  
Barry and Jordan followed up with a quick look at a google group, I  
thought it might be worth a poke with a sharp stick to see what  
options were functioning here. Remember that one advantage of this  
group hosted at Google is that members can receive email from this  
group or read the messages on-line.
