Hello, group - Perhaps this is not a proper topic for the group, but I'll ask anyway and perhaps you can direct me...I have Outook Express -- and when I try to open a jpeg attachment in an incoming email, the arrow and the hour-glass "freeze" together and the only way I seem to get out of the problem is to type control-alt-delete, which shuts down the computer, then I can start up with arrow & hourglass separate and working normally.
