[mso] Re: toolbar, menubar and formatting bar are missing

Hi Bob....You could try a couple things...first, hit Escape (in case you
accidentally got into Full Screen mode, that will fix it)...if it
doesn't, then go to Start>Run and type winword.exe /a ... That will open
Word with a new blank global template....if it opens OK that way, then
close Word and search your hard drive for normal.dot and rename it to
normal.old and reopen Word and see how it looks.
If that doesn't do it, we will have to look into the Data key in your
registry and fix it that way.

When I open word2000, my toolbar, menubar and formatting bar are
missing.
I've tried everything to get them back to no avail. Finally, in
desperation, I erased ms office 2000 and then reinstalled with same
result.
Still missing.
Can someone tell me what's wrong?
