[mso] Re: symbol codes

The degree symbol is actually 0176. It should work fine in 97. Don't
omit the zero, by the way.

When I do that it looks like different symbols other than the ones that
should be shown are showing instead.  I hold Alt + 61616 and it looks
like a shadow box appears.  I hold Alt + 61623 (which  should be a
bullet) and another symbol appears.

I'm using Word 97 so maybe that is why its not working correctly?
