What I usually do is use the macro recorder to record the steps. If
"All of the different items mentioned are already created..." turn on
the marcro recorder then do them in the order you want them to happen.

Here's a minor tutorial on the marcro recorder:

And another on using VBA:

And here's how to create your first macro and lots of other good
reference:

Subject: [mso] simple macros

Can anybody recommend a good article on creating simple macros for Excel
(and Word maybe).

I wish to create a macro in Excel that will read a front page where
details of a customers order, and various delivery dates etc have been
entered, that will automatically

*print a fax to the distributor with details of requirements *Print
large pallet cards (the number of cards determined by the front page
entered details.
*print a delivery ticket to the customer and dated *print out a copy
sheet with all of these instructions recorded.

All of the different items mentioned are already created on worksheets
within the workbook with various blank sections for the entered details.

I am using Excel 2000

Totally unable to get to grips with MS Help and could do with a decent
tutorial sheet.

Any help would be appreciated

I really cannot get to grips with MS help page and really feel that=20
