don't think this is a Windows issue? I'm sure if you take this to a Windows

You misunderstand me.
I NEVER said the CAUSE wasn't Windows.
I said my issue is with OUTLOOK and I am trying to solve my OUTLOOK problem,
regardless of the CAUSE.
In my experience many OUTLOOK, WORD, POWERPOINT and EXCEL issues are CAUSED
by WINDOWS and HARDWARE failures.
But if you are saying because the CAUSE of this OUTLOOK problem is in
WINDOWS, I should take this OUTLOOK problem out of this OUTLOOK support
group and into a group that is focused on WINDOWS as the CAUSE, then while I
don't agree, I would CERTAINLY and IMMEDIATELY honor your request.
