[mso] printing mail form

Hi all,
My boss has a small problem and asked me to fix it ;-)
When starting a new email message, and printing it for further reference,
the header on top of the page (from, sent, to...)doesn't appear anymore...
just the body of the message...
Where can I turn this 'header' on/off?
