I had to install Office 2000 over my Office 2002 and it changed my keyboard keys
(buttons along the very top of the keyboard - "Power; Sleep; Mail; Hot Key")
I now find that my "mail" key opens Outlook 2000 instead of what I use and that
is Outlook 2002.

Linda - thank you for your advice. I went to Help and typed in Keyboard
language
and it tells me I can change the keyboard that has 102; 106 and a third option.
But not the keyboard I have with the buttons along the top. I have gone
searching
online but cannot come up with the solution. Thank you - Valerie
