Sorry Norma....since this is an Office group, I doubt too many people in
here are going to know what these are, since they all appear to be part
of Works. It's probably safe to delete them, if you don't use
Works....but, if you don't really need the hard drive space, why don't
you just leave them there and see how Word is behaving. If Word is OK,
then I doubt you really need to get rid of these. But, I guess you
could go to yahoo groups and search for a Works group and ask this there
if you really want to know. Or go to Microsoft's newsgroups and post
this to a Works group.
Unless someone in here is a Works wizard and wants to reply to Norma
offlist....cuz Works is really OT for this group.

and now Uninstall Works 2000 mess. Me too. Hang in there a bit longer
and hopefully we will have it resolved...

1. Still waiting to find out what to do about Work Setup Launcher which
would not uninstall.=20
2. After I uninstalled Works 2000 and Works Add in I went over to Start,
up to find, and typed in Microsoft Works to make sure everything is
gone... The following file folders are still listed:
Msworks. lgc C/WINDOWS/APPLOG 49 KG LGC file=20
Microsoft Works Calendar C;/WINDOWS/Start Menu/Programs/Disable
Microsoft Works Suite C:/Program Files File Folder 9/5/00
Microsoft WorksC:/Program Files filefolder 9/5/00
Works Shared C:/Program Files/Common Files/Microsoft 9.5.00
works432.cnv C:/Program Files/Common Files/Microsoft 254 KB CNV file

What are these and what do I do with them?
