I don't know a formula.  If this is a quick answer you need instead of
an on-going.  You could take column A copy into its own file.  Then used
advanced filter to filter down to unique information.  Then you will be
able to highlight to get the count.  You could also create a pivot table
to get the information you are looking for.

I don't want to count the numbers of India

I want to count that how many unique values appear in coloumn A for
India
which is in coloumn B

e.g

coloumn A    coloumn B
India1             India
india2             India
india1            USA
india3            India

in above example (coloumn B ) India have 3 unique values in coloumn A
which
are India1,India2 & india3

i need that unique value
