I'm not sure what you're attempting to do ...(1) mail merge to create
envelopes or (2) some sort of email merge.

In any event to accomplish (1) go to
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/word-help/mail-merge-using-an-excel-spreadsheet-HA102809678.aspx

To accomplish (2) go to

Subject: [mso] outlook2010 + mail merge

Hi all. I'm having problems with the mail merge process. I have an excel
spreadsheet and word combo. I follow the process like I did with XP/office
2003. With word and excel open I click envelopes, start mail merge, select
recipients and that's as far as I get. Where did I go wrong
Thank You
