[mso] microsoft office 2007 question

Hi.
using office 2007, created styles, but how to reuse the styles, say if i want 
to modify the esixitng styles, and change them from default, to set them up.
is there an easy way to do this.
taking me a long time, to go to styles, then try to modify, but there is 
something about mange styles, or reapply.
can any one help.
using jaws 10. and when say creating styles, headers, footers, to get back to 
the main document, have to press f 6, a couple of times.
using office 2007 pro trial.
