========================
I decided enough was enough ... trying to backup things here there and
everywhere and forgetting how half the time plus i could never get my rules
and sigs .... so I've been using http://www.staticbackup.com/ the one for
(shush) windows mail but they have one for outlook and more besides it also
backups up ie favourites and my documents but i dont use it for my
documents...

========================

For me, I just back up My Documents.

EVERYTHING goes into My Documents.

Example, when I download a new version of MS Expression web, it goes into
My Documents\Internet Download\Microsoft\Expression Web

Another example, my 15-20 PST files are in
My Documents\Outlook

The problem for me, is that while I TRY to make everything in My Documents,
Microsoft, in its infinite wisdom, keeps on finding some other place to
"hide" stuff. I am just trying harder to find all those "hidden" places.
