[mso] Re: html email in publisher

Must be one of those Microsoft Office weirdness's. I check again, and it is
as I stated. Can send you screen shot if you like. System is fully updated,
except for Vista SP1.

Nope ... I have Publisher 2003 and it definitely has the option to "send
this page as a message"
