[mso] Re: form question

I tried all the regular ways of doing it but as soon as one makes a form
there seems to be no way of underlining. Neither if I make a "scroll
down" list to choose from nor if I try writing "free text". In the
places alloted to filling in the form, the underline (and maybe italic
- I haven't tried) seems to be canceled out. I am looking for a
workaround or an explanation on underlining in a form that one fills in
on the computer.
