Pam,

Could you give us an example of a few of the items in your sheet?

How is it structured? Are all the items in one column? Are the phrases
enclosed in quotes? Is it one word per cell?

Given a clearer idea of the situation, we'll be more likely to give you
the right solution.

is a list of search terms used.  I would like to tally these up into

statistics/data to tell me what terms are being searched for most often
