[mso] email into a Word document

Hello -- I am new to your group, new to computers -- h-e-l-p, please!  I 
received an email pertaining to an organization I belong to.  I want to work 
from that email, editing its content, and turning it into a story for our 
newsletter.  Question:  How do I convert the email into a Word document?  (I 
know how to go from Word to email ... but not the reverse!).   Where do I 
find the reply to this ... on the mso chat boards or by return email??
