[mso] creating a NEW PST with "Automatic Formatting" "like" the existing one

I'm using Outlook 2007

My current PST has 28 "rules" used to apply "Automatic Formatting" to
incoming emails based primarily on the assigned category.

I also have about 40 "rules" (in "Rules and Alerts") used to apply
categories to the incoming emails.

I know how to "export" the "Rules and Alerts" used to apply categories so
once I create the new PST I can import them for the new PST.

I do NOT know how to "export" the "Automatic Formatting" so I can apply it
to the new PST.

Is it possible to do this with Outlook 2007?
