Cherie,
Try this:
- Right Click your table and select Export. In the Save As Type change this
to Text Files (You will need to scroll down a little to find it)
- You will now get a wizard that runs. The first option that appears is to
save as delimited or fixed.
- Rather than select one of those, click on the Advanced button in the lower
left hand corner.
- The current Export Specifications will now pop up.
- Since you do not want any extra information in your text file, select
fixed. This will remove the quotes you ended up with.
- Verify that the lengths indicated are appropriate at the bottom of this
window. Click the Save As button and it will allow you to save these
specifications.
- Click on Okay. This will take you back to the original wizard, but your
options are now set for you.
- Click Finish and the table will be exported in a format that should be
more to your liking.
Once you get that done we can go over how to automate it. Let me know how
this works out for you.

How do I customize how it will come out??? the only option I have for txt
is "Microsoft Word Merge"..and it comes out with all the addresses
surrounded by quotation marks (and the column name on the top..which I
don't need)
once you have your layout
