[mso] Re: choosing another contact list

Yes, originally I had the contacts folders as subfolders of my main =
contacts
folder. They did not show that way so I moved one to be a main folder =
and
still it did not show. Only my everyday contacts folder which is the
original contacts folder in Outlook shows.

I am doing exactly as you say but when I get to the Choose Contacts =
Folder
only one appears.

Rose...when you get to the third step of the Mail Merge wizard and =
choose
"Select from Outlook Contacts" at the top, then click on the link below =
that
that says "Choose Contacts Folder"....all of your contacts folders =
should
then appear there.  All of mine do...but I don't know if we have our
contacts set up the same way....all of my contacts folders are =
subfolders of
my main contacts folder...is this how you have this set up?
