Footnote references use the Footnote Reference character style; the footnote 
itself uses the Footnote Text paragraph style.  The reference at the start 
of the footnote itself also uses the Footnote Reference style.

Simply change the styles to what you want and all the footnotes will go that 
way.  (This assumes they were created as proper footnotes in the document, 
of course.)

You're not going to be able to have the number a different colour than the 
inbody reference.  (The exception to this is if you leave it as original, in 
which case it will take the colour of the underlying paragraph ... i.e. the 
footnote paragraph and the inbody paragraph, respectively.)
