[mso] address labels-word

I have some address labels done in Office Word 2000 Pro. They are on sheets
of 30 names to a sheet. The labels show along with the horizontal and
verticle lines for adding names/deleting names.When I transfer them to my
daughters machine which has XP Office these lines both horizontal and
verticle have disappeared.Is there a setting I can go to in tools..options
that will restore the lines on the xp machine. I have tried for about 1 hour
to no avail....thx.....bill
