You have a query that pulls the three zipcodes right?

make a new query

in the new query put the 3 zipcode query

also put your original table in

click the zipcode field in the original query to the zipcode field in the 3
zipcode query

this creates a relationship where the zipcodes must be equal

double click on the line between them and in the popup choose to include all
records from the original table and only those records from the 3 zipcode
query where the joined field is equal.

in the grid drag the zipcode value from the 3 zipcode query and in the
criteria enter "is null"

when your run the query, the result set should be all records from the
original table exclusive of the 3 zipcodes in the query.
