Huh? Guess I was wrong! Never thought one column would sort without =
sorting
the rest of the stuff???? I sort columns all the time from my =
support/code
tables and...personally...I'm glad I don't know how to sort just one =
table
without the others cos' that would mess up my stuff BIG TIME by putting
keywords with the wrong row of code!

Unless I'm not understanding something here????

That's funny, Dian...I just tried it...I put a few things in a cell, =
hitting
enter after each one so they were in a list within the cell...I did this
with a couple different cells...then I highlighted the list in just one =
cell
and sorted it and it sorted fine, and left the other cells untouched

So it worked for me here...using Word 2002

Cells don't sort...rows do. So if you wanted to sort them individually,
you'd need separate tables.=3D20
