[mso] Word template

I am working on a brochure template that is in Word templates (bits, bytes &
chips) sample. And I want to format the fonts and the line spacing, but
everytime I make a change the template reverts back to its original style,
font and spacing. I've used all of the suggestions that are shown on the
template but still not luck. Any ideas of how I can format my brochure? Will
the show and hide help me remove any of the formatting that is already
inserted? and how?
