Which version of Word are you using? I can't understand what you're =
looking
at when you say paragraph is greyed out or exactly what you're doing to =
make
that happen. You can make your own style to apply to bullets if you =
like by
creating a new style and setting the 'Numbering' option under the Format
settings to the style of bullet you want and then setting the =
'Paragraph'
option under the Format settings to 6pt after the paragraph. If you =
then
just apply the style to any text you want bulleted instead of clicking =
the
bullets icon both the bullets and spacing will be applied. The other
alternative is to create the bullets with the bullets icon and then
highlight the bulleted lines and use Format -> Paragraph to set the =
space
after to 6pt.

(You can quickly create a bulleted list using Word's AutoFormat As You =
Type
facility by typing a * followed by a space and then your bullet text =
e.g.

* bullet point one

When you press Enter Word will turn the * into a bullet point and carry =
on
creating the bulleted list).

Subject: [mso] Word Style Question

I have a question about modifying styles and/or bullets in Word. If I'm
applying a bullet to a list and I want there to be a 6pt space after =
each
bullet item, I can't see a way to apply that to all the bullets. I =
tried
going into the style and changing, but paragraph is grayed out. When I =
go
into Format Bullets and Numbering and select the bullet style and click =
on
customize, there doesn't appear to be any option to set paragraph =
spacing.

Can this not be done, or what am I missing.

Thanks,
