I'm not sure how you created these labels in the first place ... If you did it with a mail merge, then just redo the mail merge and choose the new label size, then use the same data source with all the names and addresses to fill it in. However, if you created it some other way, labels are just a Word Table, so just go into the Table menu and change the table cell sizes in there in the properties. If neither of these choices does what you want, tell us exactly how you created the labels in the first place. ******************************* Linda F. I want to open the document and change the size of the labels without having to retype the information. Is there a way to do that? I tried copying from the old format into the new, but the format copied along with the names. It seems like it should be something simple, but I can't see it. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks, Jenny ************************************************************* You are receiving this mail because you subscribed to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or MicrosoftOffice@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To send mail to the group, simply address it to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To Unsubscribe from this group, visit the group's homepage and use the dropdown menu at the top.
