[mso] Word FAX Fault - Anyone??? HELP!!!!!!

Hi There,
I am trying to send an electronic fax from within Word. As instructed
in the Help text, I open the fax wizard from the File/New folder.
When I try to use the wizard, I get the following message:
WINWORD caused an invalid page fault in
module <unknown> at 0000:64027913.

Does anyone have any idea of what I can do on this one. I am using
Office 97 Professional and I tried to reinstall the fax wizard as a
first step in trouble shooting. Any help would be appreciated.
