Just click inside the table (which is what the Word labels are) and go to
the Table menu and choose Sort...then choose the column you want to sort by

I also have a list of labels for avery labels in Word and was wondering how
i can put the names in alphabetical order. As i delete and add names they
have put ''D'' names in with "C" names and if i want to pull one envelope
out of the 200 or so '' i have i have to go fishing'' so to speak for the
