[mso] Word 2000 clashes with Winfax Pro 10

I have MS Word 2000 and Winfax Pro 10.

Word cannot open and gives an error and needs to close.
I uninstalled my Winfax and my word program works perfect.

Anyone experienced this problem before and how may I correct this?

I need both because I am job hunting and need to write up resumes on word and 
faxing 
them to employers.
