Check out the sample databases at below two sites, they may be able to help. http://www.lebans.com/toc.htm (See: ConFormsCurControl \ DownloadFiles/ContinuousFormsCurrentRow.zip) http://www.hammerdata.com/Newsgrp/132.html Here is some good info, also. http://www.microsoft-accesssolutions.co.uk/conditional_formatting.htm "Robert Carneal" <carnealre@adelphia To: <mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> .net> Sent by: cc: mso-bounce@freelist s.org Subject: [mso] Re: Warn blinking font in Access? 05/02/2005 12:28 AM Please respond to ..... mso Ok, update please. I partially answered my own inquiry. I can use conditional formatting to make the field not visible if empty, and blazing red field background if not empty. I did not see a way to use blinking characters if the field is not empty however. BUT, for some reason when I enter info in that field, later erase it, that field is no longer accessible again. I mean tabbing will not reach it anymore. While this is a step in the right direction, she still prefers the attention grabbing blinking font. Possible? Thank you.
