In Windows on Menu Bar, select Arrange All if you have version 2002 like me.
If they open horizontally, try Right Click on your Task Bar and select
Arrange Vertically?
Offhand I don't remember the details in Office 2K or 2003 - routine is not
dissimilar although not the same throughout all versions.

Hi All,
I don't know if you can help me as this is a visual concept.=A0 I want to
be able to open 2 different PowerPoint files side by side on = the screen so
that I can read each one at the same time.=A0 I am not = expecting to do
this by speech but it is just if someone was with me they could view = them
this way.=A0 =A0 I know with Windows it is possible to open more than one
file on the = screen at the same time but for some reason the PowerPoint
ones do not seem to work.=A0 they just end up being under each other and I
cannot move them around = the screen to align them side by side or above
each other.=A0=20 Any help would be great.
