Sure Knud, if you go into Tools>Options in Word, click on the File Locations
tab...look at the path for your User Templates...that will show you where
all the templates you have created are located....then just go into My
Computer and go to that location and find the one you want to rename and
rename it (or make a copy of it and rename that if you want to keep the
original
Then just send it as an attachment in Outlook the way you normally send
attachments
