Hello-

I have all my email from an obituary group saved in a folder called Obits.
Not every email in that folder is a bona fide obit, some are questions.

After saving/moving the email to the Obit folder, could I go one step
further? If the email contains all of the following:
Obit -OR- Obituary
Died
Newspaper

Than make a COPY of the email and save it in another folder? Reason: This
will save me searching time if I can get it to all presort ahead of time.

Using Windows 2000, and XP Pro.

Thank you.

Robert
