Select any cell within the area where you want to apply subtotals, then
goto the 'Data' menu and choose 'Subtotals'.

I was just reading about how to set up the SubTotal LEVELS in Excel.
I've
tried this before...years ago...and want to do it now, but can't
remember
how. I read that you need to access the Subtotal dialog box...but I
can't
find it. This CAN be done in 2000, eh? I don't see it saying NEW in the
XP
book I have...so I'm assuming it was in 2000, too. But it doesn't tell
you
WHERE to get this Subtotal dialog to set the various subtotal levels????
Guidance, please!
