[mso] Save options in Outlook

I used Lotus Notes in a previous job. It has save options which are used
when you send an email: Send Only or Send and Save. If you choose the Send
and Save option you can be prompted for which folder to save it in. Any
comparable setting in Outlook? I can't seem to find it, if there is.
