All, I have learned that this problem is a known MSO bug. MS has a suggested
fix, but I couldn't get it to work as stated. Rather, I repeatedly clicked the
numbering and indentation buttons, then accepted the changes, then again
clicked the numbering and indentation buttons, which finally worked for me. I
had to go through this process for every block of changes, but finally got all
the former changes to be accepted. Sandy

that underwent changes some time ago. These changes were accepted. Now I want
to make new changes and track these changes so that I can print out the
document with changes for review by others. However, whenever I turn on "track
changes", all the old changes (which were previously accepted) are displayed,
in addition to my new changes. How can I force the "final" document to become
my new "original" document, without all the previous changes being displayed?
Thanks in advance for any advice.Sandy
