[mso] Re-orientation of numbers in excel

About as cryptic as I could make it - LOL
BTW happy birthday Linda.

The question.

Excel normally orientates left to right and when rotating this remains the 
case.

Can I reoriented so that the preference becomes vertical rather than 
horizontal? I am sure I can but have happily forgotten it.

eg so that you read the numbers "standing" on top of each other:

In a box that is. I need this for some visual purposes in a presentation.
