To add to Ray's comment about the email address, look at my address - it has
more than one period after the @....

On the issue of a training tracking database:
I have created and worked with more training tracking systems than I care to
count. Creating one is not a trivial task. Think about:
1) Are you tracking the classes, the sessions, or the hours taken?
2) Are you tracking the training signed up for or the training completed?
3) Is this for ISO or other such certification? If so, make sure it follows
their rules!
4) Are your people all in the same location or multiple locations? Do they
move?
5) Are you tracking employees only, or anyone who attends a class?
6) How are you identifying each person in the database? ID, name (bad), soc
(bad), or some other way?
7) Can a person take the same class more than once?
8) What do you need for reports out the other side?

Ok... I know... Much more than just the input mask response. Take or leave
the information as you wish. What I am really saying is know what you are
getting into before you start and think about the database design and the
data use before you get down to the actual implementation of the data input.
