Thank you so much! Can it be assigned as a keyboard shortcut?

Could you refresh me on "assigning it to a toolbar?"

Thank you!!

P.S. Linda, your book looks VERY nice! I recommend books all the time to
my students and have generally gone with the "Mastering" series... However,
they have gone to an "all in one" book and not separate and have left out a
lot in Word and Excel doing it this way. I'm hoping this will be available
at Amazon or other major book sellers? Is there a way to get an evaluation
copy before it hits the shelf?

Run the macro recorder while you go thru the steps of opening the file.
Then assign the macro to a toolbar button.

I have a student who is wondering if it is possible to put a "file" on the
Word toolbar... so she can click and have it open w/o going thru file
open... =)

Any suggestions?
