I'm guessing she meant a screen shot. Especially since a calendar in
Publisher is just a glorified (predesigned) table. So you wouldn't be able
to export that out into FP...unless you did want it as an actual table. That
MIGHT work...although Publisher formats are very compatible with other apps.

But you can put a calendar, or any picture, on a page...view it in print or
web preview to get it right...then hit your "print screen" button to take a
snap shot of the screen. With a little trimming in a photo editing
program...or Paint if that's all you have, as it comes with Windows...you
can crop out what you want and save it in a format that the web will accept
(jpg, gif, png)

Near the bottom of this MouseTrax article on Toolbars/Menus, you'll see how
I cropped out an image in Paint...if you need help with that.

Subject: [mso] Publisher Save as picture

Linda,
you mentioned that it is possible to save a calender as a picture and then
import it into frontpage (from a link in a previous mail) I have Publisher
2000 and am unable to find this option - is it something in a later version
of Publisher?

Regards

Ian Elliott
