[mso] Printing Emails from Outlook

Sometimes when I go to print received emails within outlook I get one type
of print screen that allows me to choose what pages to print.  Sometimes it
doesn't give me an option to print pages, other than odd and even.

Why does this happen?  Can I always get the option to choose which pages?
