Hi Kathy, Were you able come up with a fix for this my problem. I did, somewhat. I have a convert to PDF option that was put on by the Flashpaper program. If I link to the text in the shapes and use that convert option, at least the text is hyperlinked. I'd really rather link the shapes, but at least I can get some part linked. I think there is a solution, but I want to play with it before I post. Give me a few and you may have an answer. Still can't figure this out, but I did figure out I can convert it to flash paper and the hyperlinks work. Sort of. What happens is the links seem to jump to one shape above the actual shape they are hyperlinked to. But, I can hyperlink the text. Now, how to do remove the underline from the hyperlinked text in Powerpoint? Thanks, Christine McDonald, CPA Technical Specialist Information Technology Division (RSA-4) Western Regional Office -----Original Message----- I have an organization chart created in Powerpoint (which btw, is a cool tool). Each shape is hyperlinked to a lower level organization chart. When I convert the slide to pdf for publication on the intranet, the hyperlinks are not included in the PDF file. The only way I can get the hyperlinks to convert are if they are attached to plain text. Attaching the hyperlink to a shape or the text within a shape doesn't work. I've checked and rechecked the options. It's set to convert links. Everything I've found on the web seems to indicate that the latest version of adobe should convert it with the links, at least for text and images. Doesn't specifically mention shapes, but why would they be created differently that shapes?
