Glenda, I'd suggest you check this out
http://www.rdpslides.com/ppt2html/  It was written by a Power Point MVP
(an a good bud of mine). But it's specifically written to handle this
task and I'll lay odds Steve has tackles many of the caveats that
Microsoft would probably never think of as he's a user, too, who needs
this ability in his own business.
