Hi Donald,
This type of error message (with regsvr32) can mean among other things, =
that the file does not need to be registered, and that is why it balked.

Tried to install places.exe, Office 2000 windows 98SE. When I try to=20
register the app I get:
Regsvr32
LoadLibrary ["C:\windows\Application"] failed GetLastError returns=20
0x00000485.
Anybody know how to translate this into American English so I will know=20
what it means and what I need to do.
