I guess it depends on what you see as "OT"....personally, since screen captures are used a lot to add stuff to Word documents or PowerPoint presentations or Publisher publications, not to mention to post to this group when you need help (like Dian did), I don't see this one as OT at all. What I see as OT is "I can't print from Adobe Photoshop" or "Windows locks up when I reboot", etc....but these screen capture instructions can definitely be applied in many of the Office programs, so I don't see it as OT.
