OK, I've experimented with the Group in Outlook XP which gives reception a good overview of where everyone is. This is going to help A LOT! The remaining question is how can we print this overview? No option is available and I can't find a reference for it with Microsoft or several other Outlook/Exchange sites. Alternatively, I need to experiment but it appears we can make a master calendar using a public folder. Yeaaa. Then the question becomes, how can we get individual calendars to synchronize with the master so reception doesn't have to (re-) type entries from the individual calendars? Any ideas appreciated. ************************************************************* You are receiving this mail because you subscribed to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or MicrosoftOffice@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To send mail to the group, simply address it to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To Unsubscribe from this group, send an email to mso-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?Subject=unsubscribe Or, visit the group's homepage and use the dropdown menu.
