[mso] Outlook forwarded messages

Why won't the icons of attachments print when I print a forwarded email to me.
In print preview the icons appear, but when the email prints, the attachment
icons don't print.
Any suggestions as to how I can make them print out with the email? I don't
want the attachments to print, just the icon inside the email.
